OFFICIAL RECORDSeptember 29: records responses are arriving. Talavera CDD sent three batches of records. The Clerk acknowledged the hearing-record request. Engineering follow-up and other agency productions remain pending.

Next hearing: confirmation still needed
UNRESOLVEDPending final official notice: current research indicates an October 20, 2026 Mitras hearing at 1:30 p.m. in New Port Richey. That case-specific date and time come from automatic captions of the September 22 county recording. The official calendar lists a Board meeting that day, but the case notice and submission deadline have not been confirmed in our collection.
